Expand functionality to also change display settings when rules are triggered

Requesting that when rules are triggered that also the display settings can be configured at the same time.

Example: When using a laptop on its own, I only want the computer to have a single display selected. However once a SimpleKVM rule has been triggered to switch my monitors' input sources via DDC/CI, I want the Windows display settings to 'enable' the other monitors and extend. Same as what Windows+P does.
