Project template creates csproj without ProjectTypeGuids #184
Description
Project template in VSIX for 1.0.9 (updated 2016-03-15) creates a csproj without the following tag:
<ProjectTypeGuids>{60dc8134-eba5-43b8-bcc9-bb4bc16c2548};{FAE04EC0-301F-11D3-BF4B-00C04F79EFBC}</ProjectTypeGuids>
As a result, Solution Explorer shows no WPF item (such as Window or Resource Dictionary) in Add context menu.
