Response JSON for code 408 does not have 'tx-id' field.

I expected the response code 408 (request timeout) to contain a field 'tx-id' which would allow me to wait for the transaction to complete.

Instead I get this response JSON:

The transaction id is there, but as text in the 'message' field, not as a separate field. It's much more convenient and more in line with other responses if there is a separate field 'tx-id'.

Please add the field 'tx-id' to the response JSON.
