dgswem-hpx segfaults when fort.22 files aren't manually copied into PEXXXX directories

Because (at least right now) adcprep is not copying those files automatically.

This could be fixed by: Adding a runtime warning in the application

and/or changing adcprep to copy the fort.22 files to the subdirectories

There actually is a prep22() call in adcprep, which should probably get modified.
