[Java] The Replay ID validation failed when specify a replayId

I have input a custom replay Id as the following in configuration file:

Replay ID in ByteString

REPLAY_ID: [50, 53, 50, 52, 51, 50, 52, 56]

When starting subscription, it throws an exception:

Trying another way to define replay ID but it doesn't work:
