bug: Incorrect behavior of stickyScroll

I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.

• I have replicated the Issue in the latest Pre-Release

Screenshot of the vscode editor with the f90 file open.

All extensions are disabled.
The sticky scroll area consists of 3 lines.

Only the Modern Fortran 3.2.0 extension (and its companion fortls 3.1.2) is enabled.
The sticky scroll area consists of only 1 line.

It is expected that there should be no differences.

This seems to be a pure VS Code/settings issue and not from our extension.
We don't perform any stylistic changes or change the VS Code UI. Modern Fortran has no knowledge of sticky scroll.
This is external to our extension. Also if you tried the pre-release you please report the correct version not 3.2.0!
