blank exam environment application

Thanks for reporting this, @bizocci.

We've been getting emails from other learners in the support inbox about this. Others running macOS v12 or older are unable to use the exam environment, and just see a blank page when the open up the application.

I expected the bundle to support >=10.13.

But, we might use an api <=12 do not support. I will dig more on this front.

I have not been able to debug anything useful from this. Our logs suggest we have multiple users with >=10.15.7 who successfully use the app.
