`Model.new_space` missing documentation on `refs`

Just noticed that refs here has no explanation:

To my understanding it's used to pass 'global references' i.e. in particular useful to override a set of formulas.

Thanks. It’s for passing a dict of name–value pairs to define refs in that space. I’ll add a description.
