lab_app.py does not work with new versions of plot.ly

Plotly does not support online data analysis anymore, so it either has to be changed to chart studio or to operate offline on the pi.

Hi, yes, we are aware that Plotly 4 has introduce a radical change on how the Full Stack web app works. We are looking for an alternative. Most likely we'll use Plotly 4 in offline mode, but haven't made any decisions yet.
