first you can install from source.

do:

(Check if your switch is correct by opam switch and then if there's a warning then do the appropriate eval $(opam config env))

Then:

$ git clone https://github.com/fxfactorial/ocaml-nodejs
$ cd ocaml-nodejs
$ opam pin add nodejs . -y

Now it ought to be installed on your system. The example directory crapped out because you didn't have it installed on your system but it should also still crap out because it uses other npm packages that I have wrapped up, namely colors.js and socket.io. They should be available via opam or my other repos, which I will link to later. (On the run right now, sorry)

you should be able to figure it out from the commits as its quite formulaic now.
