Fixing dev container

[Gepsonka]

• Build bpftools from source in the container and adding it to path in the Dockerfile
• Installing useful vscode extensions (golang, rust-analyzer, toml, clang)
• Install project deps in Dockerfile
• Adding redis to the container (with network)
