Some character portraits' backgrounds are not transparent

I've been looking for a consistently available character image other than their card. All characters other than the new Natlan update ones have a "portrait" file when you call https://genshin.jmp.blue/characters/alhaitham/list (This is for Alhaitham as an example). Most of them have a transparent background and is high res, but a small amount of them have white backgrounds. Could someone contribute to fixing this? I looked into who made the high res transparent bg images and he doesn't do them anymore.

White background:

This is a screenshot comparison on my app. It looks so bad and it's a shame because the portrait looks really good as well.
