[FEATURE] display checksum value after downloading the file #9

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I am a bit curious about adding a functionality to run checksum when the download completes.
Describe the Solution
Add a checksum (example sha256) when the download is complete. It will be easier for users
to confirm the download if the source has provided checksum.
