Selecting Password shortcut, New tab or New Ghost Tab from a quick menu reloads the screen

Description
When I want to open Password shortcut, New tab or New Ghost Tab from a quick menu, the application hangs up and reload the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open screen with all applications
2. Look for Ghostery
3. Click and hold the Ghostery app icon
4. Select, for example, Passwords shortcut (on video 00:01) and wait
5. Repeat steps 1-3 and select New tab (on video 00:16) and wait
6. Repeat steps 1-3 and select New Ghost tab (on video 00:28) and wait

Expected results:
When I want to open Password shortcut, New tab or New Ghost Tab from a quick menu, it just opens the selected one.
