Antigen v2 not supported

Apologies in advance if I'm doing this wrong, I'm new to antigen, but in the latest antigen I think the command to install has to be:

antigen bundle gmatheu/explain-shell

antigen bundle gmatheu/zsh-explain-shell
antigen apply
 explain-last
zsh: command not found: explain-last

But it's still not working for me, so I'm going to assume it's a antigen v1 versus antigen v2 issue
