Smart Contract Txs

We should send different types of smart contracts in addition to standard txs. At the same time, the parameters should be reconfigured from txs/second to gas/second, with knobs to tune the tx type distribution. This will require some default GO20 (and others?) templates that can be auto-deployed as needed.
