assure quality and protect from regression later on

• get recommendations what parts of code could user more testing
• include tests in GA
• update the read.me on how to run tests manually
• develop the tests :)

IMHO it would be most beneficial to develop unit test, that will use simple noop app, that will test the following:

• Failing test call
• Start, Run, Stop sequence
• Start, optional run, kill sequence
• Failing deploy
• Server mode

As for integration test it might be sufficient to just test one happy path with noop implementation.

• ya-runtime-sdk does not implement the whole flow but provides an interface to implement; the failing parts (e.g. configuration management) are unit-tested (cargo test)
• we're migrating the goth-tested ya-runtime-vm to ya-runtime-sdk, which will cover the happy path
• we need to add unhappy-path integration tests of ya-runtime-vm to goth
