Populate remainder of IMAS core profiles output

There are a few remaining fields in TORAX -> IMAS core_profiles IDS logic that need populating. This issue is to track that.

As part of this we should discuss about changing the signature of the function from taking Sequence of various TORAX objects to Sequence[ToraxSimState].
