Add Python client to PyPI

Hello

Please can you add your Python certificate transparency log client to PyPI (the Python Package Index)?

Then users could run, for example, pip install ct-client. This would then enable them to query public CT logs like your log client already supports, but with a really simple setup process compared to cloning git repos and manually running lots of commands.
