Better part fields framework #14
Description
We probably want to have a richer way to define fields on parts. Something that's easy to handle and inherit from.
Potential fields:
- value
- part_number
- populated
- datasheet
- manufacturer
- custom ones? some parts want more fields: resistors have tolerances
