Fix specimen in idu_Latn

The specimen in idu_Latn do not correspond with Idoma orthography description.

This was fixed in 57e1c84 and 99b9e5d

The samples are still using e with ogonek instead of the letter defined in the orthography. The orthography either used open e and open o, or e dot below and o dot below.
