Build a release pipeline for all platforms

These issue can be taken by more then one person.

1. Research the best methods on building the release pipeline for electron in different platforms.
2. Prepare the requirements for certificates, assets, and etc.
3. Implement the pipleline using Travis or Github Action ( I'm open for both)
