Syntax coloring for individual file formats #1

Hey this is a really cool sublime package btw! Thank you for it!
I was wondering firstly where the actual colors are declared for each nucleotide.
Mostly though, I was hoping for more distinction of file formats. For instance in VCF files, I was hoping that the meta lines for instance would not have syntax coloring for nucleotides, but actually for the key-pair values. Do you think that is something that could be implemented?
