Verify that last field in CSV response can be empty

The verifier used to complain when the last field in a CSV response was an empty string. I need to verify that this has been fixed:

2001-01-01, 1, 2,

Yes. I think we might have talked about this and fixed in when you were in Iowa, but I need to verify.
