Extend abstractWitsmlObject functionality

Implement the following methods for all `AbstractWitsmlObjects`:
- `getName`
- `getJsonString`
- `getXMLString`
- `getUID`
- `getVersion`


Also, make sure that only the following `1.3.1.1` and `1.4.1.1` objects extend `AbstractWitsmlObject`:
- `wellObj`
-`wellboreObj`
- `trajectoryObj`
- `logObj`
