v3_sd15_adapter.ckpt
and
v3_sd15_mm.ckpt

v3_sd15_adapter is the lora_ckpt_path, while v3_sd15_mm is the motion_module_ckpt.

unet_ckpt_path refers to the folder of sd1.5 ckpt, and in subfolder unet you can find config.json
