[Fix Included] No trainers for ARAC classes.

The attached SQL will add trainers to every 1-5 and 5-10 zone so that people playing ARAC aren't put in the awkward situation of levelling say, a Belf Paladin in Mulgore, and the closest trainer is in Orgrimmar 45 mins away.

Also useful for any server which allows players to choose their starting zones.
