Not updated for over a year (so certainly has OS vulnerabilities): https://hub.docker.com/r/hoellen/privatebin/tags
Also as for the app you use an outdated PrivateBin version and not PrivateBin v1.4, which e.g. addressed a vulnerability in GHSA-cqcc-mm6x-vmvw.
