it should be possible to mix specs and src

This has always been planned, but I want a ticket tracking it. Currently because i haven't implemented exclude at all, it's not possible to mix srcs and specs. For instance this is not supported yet, but would be the ideal structure:

|- Whatever.spec.ts
|- alg.ts
