feat: means to control signatures of methods (order, kind, default, annotation) in Py2Request

Working on Add signatures to Py2Request methods now, but will only do the minimum, which is to separate PK and KO args and make a signature from that.

Would be nice to enable more rich signatures.

In fact, this is for Py2Request now, but should probably be expanded to all functions produced by http2py if not done already.
