stixdcpy doesn't sort flares correctly  #50

Description

@drhlxiao

I was trying yesterday to get a list of flares sorted by peak counts in the 25 - 50 keV band for optimising the thresholds for the nonthermal flare index. I figured the best way to get this info was stixdcpy. I had to split up the time ranges to avoid periods of high particle activity which cause many flares to be registered with high rates in this band. However for the first time range I get a lot of flares listed which do not seem to have high counts in any band. They can be seen in the LC0_peak_counts column as having a low rate in the lowest band.

Do you have any idea what is the reason for this?

The commands I used were:
import pandas as pd
from stixdcpy.net import JSONRequest as jreq

flares1=jreq.fetch_flare_list('2021-01-02T00:00:00', '2021-10-26T16:08:00', sort='LC4')
df=pd.DataFrame(flares1[0:30])
df

Resulting in the list:

Cheers,
Ewan
