[imgui] expandable fields at the bottom of the window very tough to navigate

when an expandable field is at the bottom of the properties window, you cannot resize it down to see more, as imgui reproportions it to go back to like 1 or 2 lines.

In the above example i cannot expand it to be bigger. I can click "full view" its just still a tough thing to navigate
