Make this tool portable to Windows and MacOS #6

Not sure if this would work smoothly on Windows and MacOS. It should, but by its nature, it would have a few dependencies.
This issue may not even require any improvements on the tool itself. One simplistic strategy may involve writing a shell script for each OS so that the dependencies are installed. Any alternative approach is welcome as well.
