Based on what I've read here: https://tosdr.org/topics.html I'm proposing a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Hackdash.org. Discuss!
By using the Hackdash.org web site ("Service") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
- Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We use Google Analytics, so you agree to Google's policies: https://www.google.com/policies/
- Whenever we may choose to change these terms, we will inform and let you participate through our Github page in any changes to these terms, and will alert in advanced through the website that this change is in place with a minimum of 7 days.
- You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
- We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
- We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
- We only collect the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us.
- We do not sell or handle this information to third parties.
- You can delete your account permanently at any time.
- You can delete your content permanently at any time.
- We can block or delete your account at any time and will explain the reason.
- We do not require that you use real personal information to use the service.
