Add Mentor Role Without Judging Access

Description:
Implement a mentor/trainer role for contest participants, allowing designated mentors to guide and provide feedback without having the ability to approve or reject submissions. This feature will support learning and growth for participants while maintaining impartiality in judging.

Requirements / Features:

1. Role Definition

   • Mentors can view all submissions of their assigned participants
   • Mentors cannot assign scores, approve, or reject submissions

2. Guidance & Feedback

   • Mentors can leave comments or suggestions for participants
   • Feedback should be visible to the participant but not alter scores

3. User Interface

   • Mentors have a dedicated dashboard showing their mentees’ submissions
   • Easy navigation to leave comments or guidance
