[New Feature] Filter events by upcoming and completed

Description
Add an option to display only upcoming events or only past events.
Default option should be upcoming events.

Sure, so currently API is returning start date and end date. You need to find current date and then you are expected to create a button/dropdown which filters the event by live/past based on the difference of end date/start date and current date. upcoming events can be shown within live events with an upcoming label.
