Version 0.15.1 requires rosetta to run on Macs with Apple silicon chips #545

Although it does not prompt installation of rosetta, it seems that the latest version of inky still does require it.

Without rosetta installed, the app opened, and the left hand writing space loaded, but after a few moments an error popped up, and the right hand play space never loaded. Interestingly, just installing rosetta seemed sufficient - I did not need to check 'Open using Rosetta' in the get info pane.

I unfortunately did not screencap or copy the exact error message before I tried installing rosetta, but it was something along the lines of "spawn Unknown system error -86" and then a traceback. I believe it pointed to line 322 in inklecate.js.

Apologies for the imprecise bug report, I didn't realize installing rosetta was going to be a one way door in this way - it seems like Apple makes it a real pain to un-install. I imagine most mac users end up installing rosetta at one point or another for other software, and therefore may not experience this issue with inky, but I'm just recently starting to set this computer up, and wanted to at least file this issue so others can find the fix.

I'm using a mac with an Apple M5 chip, running Tahoe 26.0.

This is out of my general domain of knowledge, but I did look a tiny bit at if there might be an obvious code fix. It looks like universal builds were added in this commit. My initial guess would be that either there was some regression since that point?
