Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have spent a few hours trying to set up CityLearn, but so far, there is always some compatibility issue. Python, Numpy, Gymnasium, OpenStudio, etc.
Describe the solution you'd like
A table of compatible versions on citylearn.net might help. Something like:
[CityLearn x.y.z Python x.y.z Numpy x.y.z ... ]
Describe alternatives you've considered
An unorthodox way to mitigate this problem could be a reduced variant of CityLearn that only contains the building simulation, without the integrated ML functions. Researchers often have their own ML/control code and just need a simulation model of a plant to apply it to.
