Description
Right now the bot is aware that a destructible will explode on death, keeping a high enough distance while shooting it. But it's not sufficient:
- Dead things which are about to explode aren't detected. This causes the bot to still rush ahead after it destroyed a barrel, but before it does the damage.
- Sometimes there's too little space around the barrel and the bot needs to be smarter about avoiding damage. Sometimes it isn't possible. Sometimes it must be done by sacrificing some health. Sometimes there's not enough health so the bot can consider itself doomed.
- Barrels really shouldn't be always destroyed, but only if they are obstacles, genuine hazards or can be used to kill monsters. It would be worth it if I enhance the bot map with dynamic sectors and segs to easily determine if a barrel blocks the way.
