Show subtask breakdown in the submissions list

With the new "max_by_subtask" score mode, the user could have a list of submissions none of which scored 100/100, but still have 100/100 as the total score. It's not immediately clear to the user which of the past submissions solves which subtask.

A similar issue is present with output only tasks.
