Configuration question

Hi there. Hope you don't mind but I wanted to ask a question about the 'Configuration' section in the code description.

I'm new to hosting a FiveM server and I'm not sure what is required in your comment "Configuration: The real configuration variables you need to set are for the following: Framework and Commands.Permissions"

Is this a requirement I need to add in the servers CFG file?
