Feature Request: notification on query events #173
Description
Currently, we are only receiving notifications from messages of private queries. That would be even better to receive notifications from other events that are logged in those queries, for example: join/part/nick change. That would be a good compromise for not using ISON, as this way, IRCCloud would just rely on regular information and just need to plug a notification on those events.
