Iceb___.tillo not working

I went through the source code file "eos_tillo.F90" and uncommented the lines to be able to run the iceb___.tillo equation of state.

Nevertheless, I still have an issue were the simulation gets stuck on the part were the hugunoit data is calculated. I have recompiled the files as well before starting the simulation (used commands "make clean" first, and then "make"). Are there other lines in other files that need to be uncommented as well, or is there something else that I have missed?

It has been years, and a few versions of iSALE ago, that I used the third order tillotson... At that time, I also had to update pre-eost.f90, eos_tillo.F90, read_material.F90 and modeules.F90 to include mention of the ctill term. I'm not sure which files require updating these days.
