Issue with Email Sending in openMAINT

Hi there, I am currently using Version: openMAINT 2.4.2-4.1.0 through Docker, and I'm unable to get email sending to work. I have set up two email accounts, one with Gmail and one with my company.

When I ran the Test Configuration, I received a Configuration Successful message for both. I tried testing the forgot password feature, but I haven't received any email notification from openMAINT. Could you kindly provide me with some assistance on how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
