Run commands in parallel processes like real crontab

Hi there!

I noticed that all scheduled commands run one by one. I have 3 same command with different arguments. 
3rd command started only when previous 2 commands finished. And I need all of them running in same time.
Is this possible? Maybe some config could be added for this in future :)
