Status bar #7
Description
Add a status bar to the bottom of the log view tab.

Status bar should support setting a RichText element to be displayed in a label to start.

Use case: show file stats, 'toast' style notifications.

Future vision: similar utility to VS Code's - sectionable, button support, etc.
