Script doesn't work in XTP WEB

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but when I use XTPWeb, I have to select play with external player so DeoVR/HereSphere can play it like a VR video but when I do that, the script doesn't run. If I play it from the VR browser instead, it runs. any ideas?

Make sure that Heresphere is selected in the connection settings on the web page in DeoVR and DeoVR has remote control enabled.
