Error - Future Warning

Hello Jan,

While following the tutorial on another computer, I encountered another error message when I run PHOTON.

Also, when "Reconstruct signaling networks using ANAT" is unchecked, I get the "Value cannot be Null" error described by Laura.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Hi, Jan,

I was following the tutorial and when I perform PHOTON analysis to obtain 'Signaling functionality scores' for all proteins in the network using ANAT option I get this same error.
