Switching to grunt-rsync plugin

I'm trying to switching to grunt tool for deploying my projects and I've found your grunt-rsync plugin very useful. But can you explain some difference between the approach descried in this repo and your grunt-rsync plugin.

I think when I get the chance I might write up the rsync approach in a new repo. But the main difference is that you're using rsync and grunt as the way of copying the files to the server, instead of git push. So gitolite isn't needed on the server, but we still using Upstart and Monit to manage the Node app. Also, I generally keep the Node files for building and deploying the app in a separate folder to the main app. So directory structure looks a bit like this:

|- build/
  |- dist/
  |- grunt.js
  |- etc.
|- app/
  |- src/
  |- index.js
  |- etc.

And then the build process is something like:

1. Run a custom grunt deploy task
2. Task will copy app files into build/dist folder
3. Files in build/dist are compressed/minified/concatenated/compiled/etc.
4. Use grunt-rsync to copy build/dist to server
5. Once the new files are on the server you might need to do an npm install or npm update, and then finally sudo monit restart app-name. You can invoke these tasks over ssh like so: ssh hostname 'sudo monit restart app-name' and automate from your task using a grunt plugin like grunt-shell or similar ...
