[JENKINS-75744] Delta coverage in table view is not found for all builds

For the coverage table "files" and "modified files" the "line delta" and "branch delta" is missing most of the time with consecutive builds. 

I've attached some screenshots and logs from two consecutive builds. The first one (build 12) does give me delta in table view, but the second one (build 13) does not. 

Both builds report delta found on the build status page

  We have the same issue. First I thought this might be related to workspace path with @ but also with a normal path in the branch and the reference build I don't get the delta. drulli maybe you could please add some logging stating the reason if the the delta is skipped? I tried to add this add my own, but I somehow get lost in the structure of the plugin.
  
  I guess this ticket also deserves a higher priority, as this is one of the features of the plugin you can't do locally with the simple reports.
